Job Description:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in at least two IT disciplines (e.g., cloud architecture, application development, database management, operations).
  • Strong knowledge of technical architecture components.
  • Familiarity with business process re-engineering.
  • Understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis/design, and client/server architectures.
  • Excellent client-facing and consultative skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and F&O), Azure, and .NET technologies.
  • Experience with designing and implementing D365-based solutions.
  • Experience creating DevOps pipelines and managing ALM environments.
  • Proficiency in managing Dynamics patch releases and wave release planning.
  • Supporting QA processes and resolving critical production issues.
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform and governance best practices.
  • Experience managing and configuring integrations with Azure services.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with solution design using D365, Azure, and .NET.
  • Interact with business users to gather and document requirements.
  • Convert POCs to working models with business input.
  • Design process flows and configure/customize Microsoft CRM.
  • Act as Project Engineer, reviewing deliverables and guiding the development team.
  • Support QA and production teams with defect resolution and critical issue analysis.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies.
  • Plan, support, and manage D365 releases across multiple divisions.
  • Create and manage Dynamics environments in Power Platform.
  • Configure and maintain D365 integrations with Azure.
  • Provide mentorship and cross-training within the team.
  • Define and enforce governance for Power Platform environments.
