This is our internal position with Delviom and looking for s local to Ashburn, VA

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Working knowledge of the Federal Government Cybersecurity market space is essential. It is preferred that the candidate have one or more of these qualifications: CompTIA A+, CISSP and or PMP certification.
• Candidate must have at least a Secret security clearance, Top Secret is preferred.
• Deep industry knowledge and an extensive network of industry contacts. Preferred experience within DOD, DHS and/or the Federal Civilian marketplace.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Full familiarity with the Shipley s capture process and a proven track record of winning new business in the Cybersecurity and/or Enterprise IT market.
• Ability to improvise, adapt and overcome challenges. An inquisitive mind and a thirst for knowledge. Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and make data-driven decisions.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Willingness to travel as required to establish and maintain business relationships with government and industry customers and partners.
