WORKDAY UKG WFM PLATFORM ARCHITECT-REMOTE

Contract role for an experienced WORKDAY Integrations Architect REMOTE PREFER EAST COAST CANDIDATES

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have 5 + years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• UKG PRO WFM certifications (highly preferred) (UKG Pro formerly known as Ultipro)
• MUST HAVE PRIOR experience with Dell Boomi platform.
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, information-technology, engineering, system analysis
• Integration, experience in the use of API integration and web services a must.
• 5+ years of experience building Workday integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and integration concepts.
• 5+ years of experience developing target state architecture for UKG WorkForce Management and Payroll solution
• Prior working experience in developing integration between UKG WorkForce Management solutions and other HRIS systems (i.e., Workday)
• Knowledge on integration with multiple platforms like WFM, Workday SAP, Financial systems, skills systems like Aveva, DataLake, etc
• Experience with XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functional teams
• Previous Experience Leading large-scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and providing strategic direction to ensure successful implementation and optimization. Experience as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation
• Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager. Skilled in customizing these modules to meet specific client needs and improve operational efficiency. Experience in integrating these modules with other enterprise systems to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM, systems integrations and WFM best practices.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & forecasting, accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration and compliance,
• Lead the Configuration and Troubleshooting for following modules in UKG Pro - Timekeeper/ Accruals/ Leave/ Attendance/ Attestation/ Advanced Scheduler/ Activities
• Lead the design of integrations using Dell Boomi and other integration platforms aligning to the best practices and customer priorities.
• Knowledge of product configuration, creating work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rule etc. Support changes to existing configurations and build new as need basis.
• Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
