Project: Low Carbon Pathways (LCP) & Multifamily Performance Program (MPP)

Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and access to reliable high-speed internet

Programmatic need being met by this request

  • Multifamily is in need of a Project Manager to maintain a pipeline of applications, coordinate kick off calls, and set up the contracts in NEIS, providing support to the PM's for management of these projects.
  • Additionally, this resource will manage all the pilot projects planned for 2025 initiatives.

Are there any specialized skills that must be present for the position to be successful?

  • Solid project management skills for energy efficiency projects involving multiple building systems.
  • Knowledge of energy consuming systems commonly found in multifamily buildings, including but not limited to heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technologies, and building envelope.
  • Knowledge of electrification measures for existing multifamily buildings, specifically for heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, domestic hot water, appliances, ventilation, and buidling envelope measures.
  • Must be an experienced Microsoft Excel user, familiar with formulas, and data analysis.

Required:

  • A Bachelor s degree, particularly in engineering, policy, public or business administration, architecture, real estate, urban planning, marketing or related field

IT systems that will be used

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Software and tools used in the Multifamily Performance Program & Low Carbon Pathways:

  • Client CRIS project management database
  • Program specific Excel tools used for the management, such as the SnapShot tool, SAV-IT tool, and Workscope Tools
  • NEIS financial and contract management platform
  • Sharepoint, and Jot Form.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Tasks

Day to day work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support the Project Managers with daily operation of multifamily program(s).

Assist with Pipeline Management of multifamily building projects including, but not limited to:

  • Field program inquiry calls
  • Process project applications
  • Organize and conduct telephone scoping sessions where project requirements and roles are covered
  • Review project submittals
  • Create and manage contracts and suppliers in NEIS, and
  • Manage general program email inbox.
  • Continuous improvement of processes for existing program(s).
  • Managing projects for a small Pilot (~12 projects) being launched within the LCP program.
  • Resolve issues which may arise regarding projects with applicants or consultants.
  • Input and Manage Program Databases (Including CRIS).
  • Work with other Staff Augmentation personnel to ensure that projects are completed successfully and in compliance with program rules and policies.
  • Coordinate with our QA/QC and Technical Review contractors.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Project Details:

  • Oversees 2 implementation program LCP 90 projects & MPP 15 projects left.
  • LCP: active program different then MPP. Upgrading measure building system and measure HVAC, water appliances facility, induction. Launch in 2021. Accepting app till oct 2025. Work to be supporting up to Dec 2027.
  • Large components associative to be filled, induction facility LCP incentive, manage and maintain pipeline. Not limited to administration but impart to building at a project level.
  • MPP Legacy Program app closed in 2022. 15 projects remaining and end in this year. Energy Effiency program have to have 50% energy saving and innovation program.Using Version 10 Heat pump and add components and send back to PM. Heating and cooling upgrade.
  • High level pipeline, spike in 51 building end of the year. 90 applications this year till Oct 31st; out of 40 taken care.
  • High level oversight now and End Od the Year. Submission package review for final stage, Data entry Job forms use for 40 50 projects left. New DB for collecting details. Needs to have Own PC and internet.
  • Project inquiry intake application accurate and Affordability Hosing approved, meet internal deadlines, NEIS extensive use for DB. Set of vendors, numbers savings budget and pull that info for the PM. Excel for track budget.
  • Tech measure
  • Incentive rebate program and measure is plus.
  • Email distribution for participation for building owner would be managing by this PM.
