Job Details
Job Description:
- At least seven years of experience with task order application or technologies.
- Providing end-user support (including help desk, if required for assigned task) for various software as listed in Section C.2.1 of this SOA, Technology Platform Tools and Utilities.
- Providing user and desktop support for email system.
- Providing mobile device support (client-side).
- Providing support for workstations and peripherals.
Experience in Information Quality Assurance and Business Analysis.
- Experience in technical writing and system documentation.
- Experience with gathering user requirements.
- Experience in data analysis and querying.
- Experience with quality assurance (QA) testing of applications; ability to identify defects, track resolution of problems, and retest defect corrections.
- Systems and Telecommunications Support.
