Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid Onsite - Green Bay, WI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Systems Analyst to join a growing IT team. This individual will play a key role in evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing technology solutions aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and successful project delivery. This role is onsite and requires regular face-to-face collaboration at the corporate office in Green Bay, WI.


Responsibilities:



  • Gather and document business requirements via workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, and process storyboards.

  • Translate conceptual user needs into functional requirements comprehensible to development and technical teams.

  • Collaborate with peers and technical staff to define, evaluate, and implement optimal solution design options.

  • Facilitate solution testing efforts including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.

  • Support change control and SDLC compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assist in end-user training, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Analyze existing business processes to recommend improvements and enhancements.

  • Contribute to QA efforts for both in-house and third-party solutions.

  • Help develop business cases to inform project planning and prioritization.

  • Conduct research on tools and platforms that support business and IT objectives.




Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, or a related field-or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of business systems analysis or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working in process manufacturing or food and beverage industries.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 experience highly preferred).

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, testing practices, and process documentation.

  • Familiarity with change management and enterprise IT best practices.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical users and vice versa.

  • Willingness and ability to work onsite with teams in Green Bay, WI.
