Overview:
Vendor partner to support the Product Manager for the Buyflow with high-impact product documentation, competitive research, and performance analysis. This role will be especially focused on turning ideas into clear, structured artifacts that drive alignment and momentum across cross-functional teams. The ideal partner is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Scope:
Requirements Documentation:
- Translate product concepts and stakeholder input into clear, actionable documentation.
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, UX content callouts, and experiment outlines.
- Help maintain a clean, prioritized backlog and support grooming, sprint planning, and alignment across teams.
- Bring structure to ambiguous discussions and ensure clarity around scope, dependencies, and goals.
Competitive Analysis:
- Benchmark digital experiences from peer ISPs and adjacent industries, focusing on acquisition flows, install methods, strategies, and messaging.
- Deliver digestible, visual insights with screenshots, callouts, and summaries tailored to GFiber's goals and positioning.
- Track and synthesize trends to support innovation and differentiation in the Buyflow experience.
Performance Analysis:
- Support the PM with deep dives into funnel data and test results to extract actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs across the Buyflow and flag performance trends, drop-off points, or areas of friction.
- Assist in evaluating experiment impact and framing hypotheses for future iterations.
Ideal Profile:
- Strong experience in product documentation - comfortable writing user stories, outlining flows, and supporting Agile rituals.
- Exposure to growth-focused organizations, especially in roles involving funnel design, optimization, or competitive positioning.
- Capable of synthesizing research and competitive audits into crisp, actionable summaries.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude, or similar to support lightweight data exploration.
- Clear communicator and independent contributor - able to ask the right questions, move work forward, and frame tradeoffs.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity.
