RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Survey Operations Associate in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities
* Survey Operations Associate will distribute and maintain all routine surveys to the correct distribution channels
* Oversee survey place group management-including contact collection, property updates, and survey sanity checks
* Handle duplicate account merges and assist with general system/account issues
* Maintain and update brand lists for survey validation
* Conduct survey sanity checks and property updates to uphold data quality
* Support ad-hoc survey creation, distribution, testing
* Participate in technical meetings and contribute to process improvements as assigned
* Investigate inquiries about survey or place group issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates degree or relevant coursework may be considered
* Experience in administrative support, data management, or customer service (internships or part-time work count!)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general digital tools
* Ability to quickly learn and apply new software/processes
* Detail-oriented: Ability to accurately enter, merge, and validate data across multiple systems
* Process orientation: Willingness to follow established checklists and procedures without skipping steps
* Time management: Skill in juggling multiple tasks and maintaining daily/weekly routines (survey distribution, ticket follow-ups, etc.)
* Problem-solving: Ability to escalate and resolve simple account/system issues independently, or coordinate with IT/other teams as needed
* Data quality mindset: Proactive in flagging inconsistencies, errors, or issues in surveys, account lists, brand lists, and ticket handling
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
