Job Details
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Catalog, Asset, CMDB).
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer.
- Experience with ServiceNow instance security, including ACLs and user/group access.
- Experience with Outbound REST integrations within ServiceNow.
- Experience in coordinating with external agencies and other Traffic Management Centers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including custom code.
- Provide operational support for incidents, changes, problems, and requests within ITSM.
- Manage ServiceNow instance security, user access, and access control lists.
- Implement platform enhancements, including form layouts, UI scripts, and email notifications.
- Provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
- Resolve technical escalations and defects within the ServiceNow environment.
- Assess and advise on current and future ServiceNow integrations.
