RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a Cyber Security Analyst 2.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain ERP access controls, ensuring appropriate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes
* Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
* Develop, modify, and maintain ERP roles and authorizations in line with security and business requirements
* Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design role-based access that aligns with business processes while mitigating risk
* Troubleshoot access-related issues and resolve security-related incidents within the ERP environment
* Support periodic user access reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance and proper access governance
* Provide security expertise during system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation of new modules or functionality
* Assist in documenting security policies, procedures, and role design standards
* Stay current with evolving threats, industry trends, and compliance regulations affecting ERP security
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
* 2-5 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on ERP access control or IAM
* Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar
* Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
* Experience with ERP role development, including role design methodology and access troubleshooting
* Familiarity with user access review and role-based access control (RBAC) concepts
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across IT and business teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
