Role : Oracle Data Migration Lead 12+ Needed

Certification:
Technical Data Lead Oracle Data Migration related certification
Responsibilities include:
a) Providing review of the System Integrator's Data Cleansing.
b) Recommendations of signoff and oversight of the Data Cleansing work performed by the System Integrator.
c) Attending the PAS design sessions to provide input on data requirements and limitations.
d) Gain insight to support the design transformation process.
e) Provide data correction and cleansing in the existing source data prior to migration, as well as corrections during the data conversion process.
f) Eliminate unnecessary data records.
g) Identify and correct inaccurate data.
h) Merge duplicated data where appropriate.
i) Reformat and standardize data from the legacy system so that it can be converted.
j) Determine how to gather the information that does not exist in any legacy system but is required in the new PAS.
k) Provide scripts which will correct the extracted data from the legacy data sources, if needed, and place the data into a staging database, as applicable and appropriate.
l) Conduct ongoing data validation against all identified data sources during the cleansing process.
m) Develop and publish Data Cleansing Directives.
n) Conduct Data Cleansing Analysis.
o) Provide a written deliverable a Data Cleansing/Conversion Audit Report ("DCCAR"), containing an overall summary of the effort that was undertaken along with a brief, but complete listing of all the types of data fixes that were made both manual and automated.
