We're looking for a UI Lead for Frontend Development to:
design overall architecture of web application for delivering on the business needs
implement robust set of services and APIs to power the web application
build reusable code and libraries for future use
optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
focus on implementation of security and data protection
translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
integrate front-end and back-end aspects of the web application
Detailed salary information:
Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $150000 to $205000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You'll be working in the Field Technology. We are part of the Wealth Management Americas IT organization; we are responsible for providing the core applications used by the Financial Advisors, branch support staff, and the home office team. We are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of these applications.
Your expertise
Bachelor or equivalent focusing on engineering or science or foreign equivalent
ideally 8+ years of solid experience in web development in a large enterprise environment
good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (Less, Sass)
understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS, etc.
proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, Highcharts, D3.js, etc.
proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git, SVN)
familiarity with development aiding tools (such as Task Automation, Testing Frameworks, Package Management, Component Management)
hands-on technical experience working with both onshore and offshore developers
software designer with the ability to balance architecture tradeoffs in a system design
