- CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Infrastructure Architect with at least 15 years of experience
- Experience with Zooms UCaaS platform
- Must have knowledge of Cloud based customer experience solutions
- Familiarity with Genesys and/or NICE CCaaS Solutions
