RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a remote Digital Merchandising Project Manager to join our client in Redmond, WA. The Digital Merchandising Project Manager will partner with design teams to manage the coordination and execution of creative assets to support product campaigns/launches to promote and drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain creative production schedules and project timelines with Smartsheet
* Maintain project & budget tracker. Includes adding/removing projects, inputting key information such as project description, budgets, dates, etc.
* Monitoring and reporting progress towards production schedules to hold owners accountable
* Coordinating and communicating deliverables to and from the agency or in-house designers - Includes raw assets, copy, design specs, project brief, etc.
* Routing creative from agency or in-house designer for leader approvals
* Collecting and compiling feedback to route back to agency or in-house designer
* Maintaining the creative asset archive of all complete campaigns and programs (asset management and campaign archiving)
* Management of PDP updates, Syndication, Digital Toolkits and site auditing
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA in Marketing, Communications, Design, Advertising or related field
* 2+ years of experience in project management
* 2+ years of experience in digital or site merchandising
* Experience partnering with design teams to manage the coordination and execution of creative assets
* Experience overseeing project schedules and project updates
* 3rd party retailer experience is nice to have, but more important you need to have experience project managing digital assets (banners, landing pages, motion graphics, web graphics of all kinds)
* Experience working with Smartsheet
* Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
