Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis: Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing processes, including discrete, process, and mixed-mode manufacturing, production scheduling, and shop floor control.
Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and configure the Oracle Manufacturing Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
Advisory & Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class manufacturing processes and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform.
Implementation Leadership: Guide the technical team in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies. Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Sales & Presales Support: Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 3 years focused on implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing.

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of core manufacturing processes, including:

Work Execution and Production Management
Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings
Work Definition and Production Scheduling
Costing and Work Order Processing

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud implementation certifications, specifically in Manufacturing Cloud.
Experience with other Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud modules (e.g., Inventory, Planning).
Experience with integrations to ERP and PLM systems.
