- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and continuous learning to stay ahead in the industry.
Nice to Have Skills or Certifications:
- Experience with ADO or JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
