Job Details
Manage the transportation claims inbox and support claims recovery efforts.
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve transportation disputes promptly.
Maintain consistent communication with client contacts and carriers to avoid information gaps.
Process orders and perform accurate data entry within company systems.
Track and document the status of inquiries related to account issues.
Assist with end-to-end task completion and process improvement
