Job Title: Project Coordinator (Oracle Experience) – Remote

Video Interview \ Long Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with strong exposure to Oracle environments and excellent skills in project tracking, documentation, and coordination. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience supporting project teams, managing schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution. This is a fully remote opportunity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities across cross-functional teams.
  • Assist Project Managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and milestones.
  • Work within Oracle systems/modules to support project workflows, data updates, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and action logs.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather project requirements and support issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays to leadership.
  • Maintain and update Excel-based trackers, reports, and project metrics.
  • Support resource planning, project onboarding, and compliance activities.
  • Ensure communication flows smoothly between stakeholders and project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or similar project support role.
  • Hands-on experience working with Oracle applications (Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting).
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience preparing project reports, trackers, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience supporting IT, ERP, or Oracle-related projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.).
