Mechanical Engineer
Industrial Engineer
Chemical Engineer
Master's Degree in Administration or Quality (Desirable)

Technical Knowledge:

3-5 years of experience in similar positions

Proficiency in Office programs
Experience with Quality Management Systems
Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards
Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
Supplier Quality Management knowledge
Negotiation techniques

Skills and/or General Knowledge
  • Knowledge and application of root cause analysis tools and effective problem-solving methods.
  • Proficiency in Windows Office and statistical software such as Minitab.
  • High level of commitment to responding to both external and internal clients.
  • Availability and flexibility in working hours.
  • Preparation of professional presentations and reports.
  • Performance evaluation based on objectives.
  • Quick response to urgent needs from internal and external clients.
  • Expertise in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plan.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
  • Negotiation skills.
