RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Salesforce Technical Architect. This role is Contract to hire.
Summary:
In this role, you will focus on accelerating the development pipeline using AI, specifically aiming to streamline the process from story gathering to code deployment in Salesforce. This position will report to the Senior Director of IT and will be responsible for designing, documenting, coding, implementing, maintaining, and evolving applications, Salesforce solutions and integrations. This includes working with business stakeholders, product managers and developers to deliver robust scalable solutions with competing priorities in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Technical Architect will evaluate and implement AI tools to speed up requirements gathering, code generation, and deployment
* Guide the team in selecting and setting up the right tools for automation and validation throughout the pipeline
* Ensure the pipeline can take stories, validate them, and move them efficiently to production with minimal manual intervention
* Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, performance and security standards, approved architecture designs, and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified System Architect
* 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (i.e. Salesforce Architecture, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio. Apex, Visualforce, Lighting Components)
* Preferred: Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Identity Access Management Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer I, Data Architect, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect Certifications
Desired Experience:
* Prior experience building or integrating AI-driven pipelines, even though this is a relatively new area
* Ability to advise on best practices for tool selection, setup, and validation processes
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
