Desktop Support MAC - NYC, NY - 66897
We are looking for a Desktop Support professional with strong Mac hardware/software experience. The role involves Level 2 support, device imaging, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
Location: NYC, NY (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20 $23/hour
Requirements:
- 3+ years of desktop support experience
- Strong Mac OS support (hardware & software)
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Jamf (plus)
- Experience with ServiceNow and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Image and support Windows & Mac devices
- Provide Level 2 onsite and remote support
- Hardware/software installations & troubleshooting
- Asset management and inventory tracking
- Endpoint encryption support (McAfee)
- IMAC activities and device refreshes
