Description

We are looking for a Jr Product Manager to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in driving product development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of innovative solutions. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical teams to oversee product development processes, particularly for Android-based solutions.
Leverage expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to contribute to innovative product strategies.
Utilize Atlassian Jira to manage bug tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
Conduct AB testing to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure product goals align with business objectives.
Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance team efficiency and deliverables.
Monitor and address issues in cloud-based technologies to optimize product functionality.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Analyze user feedback and market trends to prioritize product features.
Maintain a thorough understanding of project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years professional experience
  • Able to understand why customers make decisions
  • Open to learning in-depth about a niche field of industry
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable requirements
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and their integration into products.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
