Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to join a dynamic team on a long-term hybrid contract. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data visualization, Tableau platform capabilities, and integrating with tools like Salesforce and Snowflake.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable Tableau solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust, interactive dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
  • Implement role-based security, embedded analytics, connected apps, and web integration within Tableau.
  • Integrate Tableau with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Apply best practices in predictive analytics and advanced data visualization techniques.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance policies.
  • Conduct end-user training and support adoption of BI tools across the organization.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to optimize performance and access to Snowflake and other enterprise data sources.
  • Continuously improve BI tools and processes based on evolving project requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Online, Tableau Embedded Analytics (EBL), role-based security, and embedded reporting.
  • Proven experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and BI frameworks.
  • Expertise in dashboard design, performance tuning, and user experience.
  • Familiarity with software development practices such as test-driven development and use of design patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to Have: Experience working with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
