Job Overview:

The Vice President of Digital Enablement will drive the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of client-facing conversational AI ("Co-pilot") technologies on behalf of LPL's Service organization. This role is critical in transforming how LPL engages clients in support of an omnichannel service delivery model. The VP will partner with Service leadership, Product Management, Technology, and Operations to develop chat bot and agentic capabilities to drive transformational efficiency and client satisfaction outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Leadership
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align chatbot initiatives with broader business goals related to call abatement and reduced cost to serve
    • Develop KPI frameworks to measure performance, customer satisfaction, containment rates, and ROI
    • Define strategic opportunities to improve chatbot performance and adoption
  • Implementation & Governance
    • Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements capable of delivering business outcomes
    • Lead and direct internal training and change management resources to maximize client readiness and adoption.
    • Create a comprehensive user acceptance testing plan to surface any defects prior to production release
    • Partner with our technology and data infrastructure teams to ensure chatbot data is available and integrated seamlessly with existing platforms (CRM, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and execute a monitoring program which surfaces actionable insights to facilitate continuous improvement and optimal chat bot and agentic performance
    • Drive a culture of innovation by partnering with internal stakeholders to develop a backlog of agentic solutions designed to optimize call deflection

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, client experience, or project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferences:
  • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

  • Direct experience in chatbot or conversational AI Implementation
  • Passion for customer experience, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation initiatives requiring strong change management among multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating measurement systems designed to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence leadership through effective communication and story-telling
  • Possesses contagious optimism, embraces change, is passionate about continuous learning, excels in fast-paced environments, and has an entrepreneurial mindset
  • High emotional intelligence; a collaborative and inclusive approach

Pay Range:
$132,300-$220,500/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
