Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bhoomi Integration Specialist to support Workforce Management systems by developing and maintaining integrations between UKG (Kronos) and Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Bhoomi middleware, HR systems, and workforce data flows. This role involves close collaboration with technology managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and reliable system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Bhoomi integrations between UKG and Oracle HCM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Optimize existing Bhoomi processes and implement enhancements as needed.
Document integration workflows, configurations, and technical specifications.
Support workforce management initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate data exchange across platforms.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Bhoomi integration development.
Strong working knowledge of UKG (Kronos) and Oracle HCM platforms.
Experience in Workforce Management systems and HR data flows.
Proficiency in API integrations, data mapping, and transformation logic.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail, grocery, or large enterprise environments.
Familiarity with cloud-based HR and payroll systems.
Understanding of data security and compliance in HR integrations.
