Job Role: SAP Project Manager with S4/Hana with Cutover

Location: Houston, TX (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience Required: 10+ Years
  • We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead and manage a critical SAP S/4HANA implementation, with a strong focus on Cutover Planning and SAP RISE transformation.
  • This is an onsite role based in Houston, TX, supporting a fast-paced, enterprise-level SAP transformation program
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects with a strong focus on Cutover strategy and execution.
  • Manage SAP RISE-based migrations including planning, coordination, stakeholder alignment, and vendor interaction.
  • Develop project charters, work plans, resource plans, risk mitigation plans, and cutover timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Drive daily stand-ups, issue resolution, and timeline accountability.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical leads across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT.
  • Provide executive-level reporting and status updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 10+ years of SAP Project Management experience, with multiple full-cycle implementations.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementations.
  • Expertise in SAP Cutover Planning strategy development, mock runs, and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP RISE and its impact on cloud-based transformation.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX throughout the contract.
