The Senior Solution Consultant - Salesforce will support the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). This role works closely with business stakeholders, teammates, and delivery partners to ensure solutions align with business needs and best practices while supporting the company's digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Support requirement gathering and solution design phases, ensuring solutions meet business needs and user stories.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions, focusing on declarative tools like Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Security Controls.
  • Assist in integrating Salesforce with other business systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process automation.
  • Provide expertise in CRM Analytics (CRMA), developing dashboards, reports, and insights for business decision-making.
  • Document business processes and system designs using tools such as process flow diagrams and UML.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing recommendations for system improvements and scalability.
  • Work with Product, Business Analyst, Solution Architects and Developers to implement technical solutions and enhancements.
  • Assist in the transition of knowledge from third-party vendors to internal teams for key projects.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, as well as the Force.com platform.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA), including dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Experience working on enterprise Salesforce projects, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce development concepts (e.g., Apex, triggers, integrations).
  • Ability to define business requirements, write user stories, and design functional solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills, including process flows and system architecture diagrams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CRM Analytics Consultant).
  • Experience in multi-org Salesforce environments and data migration strategies.
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or other enterprise software systems is a plus.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $106,250.00 - $125,000.00
