We are looking for Performance Testing SME (NeoLoad) - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Charlotte, NC / Houston, TX

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Define performance testing strategy and approach using NeoLoad.
  • Develop and execute load, stress, and endurance test scripts.
  • Analyze test results and provide performance tuning recommendations.
  • Collaborate with SAP, Quorum, CC&B, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
  • Establish KPIs and benchmarks for system performance.
  • Support defect triage and performance optimization cycles.
  • Provide detailed reporting on system scalability and readiness.
Required Skills And Experience:
  • 8+ years in performance testing, with at least 3+ years in NeoLoad.
  • Strong experience in load, stress, and endurance testing for enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Quorum, and Oracle CC&B performance testing scenarios.
  • Proficiency in scripting, parameterization, and correlation in NeoLoad.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Education And Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • NeoLoad certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of other performance tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, BlazeMeter).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based performance testing.
  • Energy/utility project experience.
