Oracle Security Functional Consultant

REMOTE

  • Extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Configure security functionality to enhance business processes across all HR modules which includes Core HR, Absence, Talent, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Data Analytics, Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service.
  • Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of security functionality within the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Application.
  • Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle Cloud HCM seeded roles as per the business requirement.
  • Provide expertise as the security lead within the Oracle Human Capital Management systems to be able to provide support with managing and implementing security user roles, privileges, dynamic security auto provisioning/deprovisioning, and dynamic role mapping.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Security support cases.
  • Rationalize different security solutions against requirements, risk, and constraints.
  • Responsible for reviewing and remediating security related enhancements and customer impacts provided with Oracle patches and quarterly releases.
  • Extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Expert in developing Areas of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Experienced with sand box Customizations using HCM Design Studio and Page Composer.
  • Testing custom developed roles by creating and executing functional testing scenarios.
  • Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications. This role involves defining security profiles, managing user roles, working on defects related to security. Working with client to provide right access to right roles and users. The resource should be able to help resolve UAT defects across all modules and help the team with providing access/role when requested. The defects could be due to a new upgrade, Redwood or a new requirement/change. Also, someone who can help with Go-live migration validation.
