Role Summary
Join Business s cloud transformation unit as an Azure DevOps Architect. Lead strategic automation initiatives across large-scale Azure footprints. Shape engineering standards, mentor delivery teams, and drive platform modernization by leveraging GitOps, secure pipelines, and compliance automation. This is a high-impact leadership role for those who understand that DevOps is a strategy not just tooling.
Core Responsibilities
- Define enterprise DevOps architecture standards, blueprints, and reusable modules.
- Lead Azure DevOps modernization engagements across multiple client portfolios.
- Architect scalable IaC and CI/CD frameworks for multi-region, multi-tenant systems.
- Collaborate with client CISO and platform leaders to ensure pipeline compliance.
- Lead design sessions, architectural reviews, and production go-live strategies.
- Oversee implementation of policy-as-code and secrets rotation automation.
Required Qualifications
- 8 12 years of IT experience with 5+ in DevOps/Cloud Automation.
- Proven experience leading Azure DevOps transformations in enterprise environments.
- Mastery of IaC (Terraform Enterprise, Bicep) and GitOps (FluxCD, ArgoCD).
- Deep understanding of Azure governance: Policies, Management Groups, Blueprints.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred
- AZ-400, AZ-305, or Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework expertise.
- Experience working in distributed teams across time zones.
- Familiarity with FinOps and cost-optimized cloud engineering patterns.
