Job Description:

Mandatory- Pega CDH

MUST be CDH Certified with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on recent experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

  • 10+ years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 4 yrs. of work experience in Pega CDH
  • Design overall solution, NBA strategies and decisioning logic
  • Implement arbitration, suppression, and other components
  • Lead decisioning design for overall solution and gain alignment with stake holders
  • Optimize performance and scalability
  • Oversee upgrades and Cloud 3 readiness
  • Enable seamless channel/data integration.
