Salesforce ServiceMax - Architect and Technical Lead

Location/Time Zone:Americas (North or South) and Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization.
  • Maintain awareness of ServiceMax product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the ServiceMax environment.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.

The ideal candidate needs to have:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on ServiceMax experience (design, configuration, and implementation).
  • Strong expertise in software architecture and system integration.
  • Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication ( fluency in professional English, both written and spoken) and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical direction.
  • Preferably, the candidate should have a LinkedIn profile, which can be shared with the client.
