We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong experience in commercial pharma. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise working with pharma-related datasets (such as prescriptions and claims) and will play a key role in supporting business teams with actionable data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform business data analysis with a focus on commercial pharma datasets (prescriptions, claims, etc.).
- Provide analytical support to business teams to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to generate meaningful insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, finance, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business data analysis within the commercial pharma domain.
- Strong knowledge of pharma-related datasets (prescriptions, claims, etc.).
- Proven ability to partner with business teams and translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master s in Analytics, Data Science, or related field).
- Familiarity with additional healthcare datasets and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
