Reporting to the Brand Director, this role is responsible for timely delivery of engaging and creative PowerPoint decks in support of presentations for Executive Leadership teams. The right candidate will work within branded templates and introduce visually compelling ideas to create impactful presentations that are simple to understand and always on brand.

To be effective in this role, the candidate must be a creative thinker with a keen eye for photography, visual storytelling using infographics and data visualization, content organization, and able to work independently on short notice in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate must be a problem solver that is organized, efficient and can thrive in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create exceptional design solutions for PowerPoint presentations with innovative ideas while staying within brand guidelines.
Produce concepts that push past the expected and enhance content by visually representing information in easy-to-understand layout solutions.
Bring presentations to life through flawless execution and escalate potential risks or barriers to project owners and help support resolutions.
Ensure consistency of voice and design across deliverables.
Have a strong understanding of digital tools and technology, as it related to digital presentations.
Consult with internal partners on strategic objectives to inform clear design direction while identifying meaningful opportunities to innovate.
Partner with the Brand Director to ensure projects are delivered on time and in compliance with all applicable policies and guidelines.
Provide tactical support for proof reading and quality control of PowerPoint presentations.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years in creative advertising with specific experience supporting PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders in a faced paced environment.
Driven, passionate and curious with superior creative instincts and strong design and layout aesthetics while following brand standards.
High proficiency working with PowerPoint.
Proficiency using standard design applications to produce marketing material (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience with motion graphics and animating within PowerPoint is preferred.
Experience with current digital accessibility guidelines preferred (ADA compliance).
Highly organized, collaborative, innovative, creative, and seeks ‘out of box’ solutions.
Ability to make connections as to how messaging works together with visual design to create a compelling presentation that’s easy to understand.
An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and stellar listening, analytical problem-solving and storytelling skills.
Informed about social media, mobile, emerging technologies and design trends.
Ability to provide multiple solutions that show a breadth of thinking.
Goal oriented and personally accountable.
Must provide an online portfolio that demonstrates design experience in a variety of mediums.
