JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of projects by managing
administrative tasks, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication across teams. This role ensures that
projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and technical solution
delivery.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage the planning, execution, and
delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills,
excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving operational efficiency across cross-functional
teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PROJECT COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT
Manage project coordination, execution, and delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring
alignment with business objectives and timelines
Develop detailed project plans, manage dependencies, track milestones, and proactively identify and
mitigate risks
Monitor project schedules and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery
Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and summaries for core project stakeholders
Prepare and discuss RACI matrices to communicate and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery
Facilitate effective communication, ensuring stakeholder alignment among business users, technical
teams, internal leadership, and external partners
Facilitate change management and ensure alignment with business objectives
Stay organized by owning and maintaining the Azure Boards ticketing system and running daily calls with
