Sr. Engineer - Privilege Access Management ( PAM / IAM )

Below is the detailed JD for this role:

• - Ensure internal systems are managed to the highest standard by following industry best practice.
• - Actively contribute to the development of existing and new IT process and procedures to enhance service transition and service operation lifecycle stages.
• - Demonstrate self-starter capabilities identifying areas of improvement and acting to address service impacting issues.
• - Prior IT Operational Support experience across business-critical Production infrastructure and applications.
• - Experience of supporting critical production applications in a Redhat Enterprise Linux, command line, environment
• - Strong Scripting skills in languages such as Unix Shell, Python and Perl, with Good knowledge on Unix Systems, User management and permissions.
• - Has experience of implementing automation using Configuration Management tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
• - Good knowledge on Active Directory Structure, Service Account/Group Memberships, Permissions, LDAP commands, User managements
• - Understand and work on existing Active directory structure with IAM/Helpdesk to identify each Security Group's usage, memberships, ownerships, User management, etc..
• - Work with the internal Security PAM(privileged access management) team, Architecture team & Sailpoint IAM(Identity Access Management) team to design the Solutions for Internal users.
• - Provide Guidance and Support to the implementation team throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• - Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment/configuration of PAM solutions.
• - Collaborate with Application owners and department managers to understand their Birth-right and privileged account requirements and create/modify onboarding of applications and access into PAM & IAM Platform
• - Create and improve documentation of user onboarding Guide, access methods Guide, install/setup/configuration Guides applicable for PAM and IAM solutions.
• - Create, maintain, and review operational process and support documentation.
• - Strong Knowledge and Extensive experience in Implementation, Configuration and Administration of PAM Solution products such as Delinea or Centrify tools like, Access Manager, PAS Portal, Secret Server, Password/Secret Vault.
• - Hands on experience on Basic integration of privileged management solutions with tools such as Active Directory, OKTA MFA Integration, SAML. etc
