Position:Salesforce Admin- Service Cloud
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
Job Description:
Strong experience in Service Cloud.
Experience with business process optimization and great interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Great analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective Salesforce solutions.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards.
Strong knowledge of importing & exporting data in Salesforce using tools such as DataLoader.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel needed to manipulate data and prep to import into Salesforce.
Minimum 8 years experience as SFDC Administrator working with various functional areas in Salesforce.
Positive attitude and ability to learn new things quickly.
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ is a plus.
Must have Salesforce.com Administrator certification. Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator/Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
