Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead the discovery and planning phase for a high-impact HR transformation initiative. This hybrid role will be instrumental in shaping foundational HR processes for a growth-oriented retail client. You will work closely with both business and IT stakeholders to define the strategic roadmap and implementation plan for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ years specializing in Employee Central implementations within the U.S.
Proven track record of leading EC implementations across multiple modules.
Experience in developing EC workbook templates for configuration and deployment.
Solid understanding of integration architecture with third-party systems such as ADP.
Strong facilitation skills to lead workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews effectively.
Ability to guide offshore teams on functional design, data migration, and integrations.
Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of U.S.-based HR processes and compliance standards.
Preferred: Experience working within the retail industry.
