Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Location: Remote
Duration: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves providing technical leadership, ensuring best practices, and aligning the platform capabilities with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow modules, integrations, architecture governance, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).

  • Define and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and platform governance.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and administrators.

  • Design and oversee ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security compliance.

  • Review and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations to align with best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to deliver successful projects.

  • Prepare and maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical roadmaps.

  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture/design.

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and at least 2-3 major modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).

  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and automation tools.

  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Glide API.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB design, data model, and discovery.

  • Strong understanding of security models, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.

  • Proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (preferred).

  • Other certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist certifications.

Good to Have:

  • ITIL v4 Certification.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Experience in enterprise service management transformations.
