Title: Financial Data Analyst
Location: Newark, NJ
Work Category: Hybrid (In-office 2- 3 days a week)
Job Overview:
- Financial Data Analyst
- Power BI, SQL, and MS Access programming skills are mandatory
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to provide valuable insights
- Build Finance data analytics dashboards through business requirement gathering, data transformation, visualization preparation, documentation, and governance
- Analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights complex segmentation
- Design and develop complex data queries to move and transform data from data sources to dashboards with visualization that will be easy to be reviewed by management
- Database maintenance, segmentation, maintain data integrity and Clean up data as needed
- Use Power BI and Advanced Microsoft Excel to build reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present insights from the data
- Interpret needs and design reports to meet expectations.
- Identify and automate querying process based on feasibility.
- Build automations to ingest, transfer, move, upload, and manipulate data.
- Document and keep procedures for all reporting activities and tasks up to date
