Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design:
Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Billing, and revenue management functionalities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation and solution blueprints.
Provide best practices for Revenue Cloud and related modules, including CPQ and Salesforce Billing Integration.
Technical Leadership:
Lead technical discussions and workshops with internal teams and customers to define technical requirements.
Mentor and guide junior architects and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay current with Salesforce Revenue Cloud features and best practices.
Customization & Integration:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud tools, including custom objects, workflows, and Lightning Web Components. Oversee the integration of Salesforce Revenue Cloud with third-party systems (ERP, financial systems, payment gateways, etc.).
Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and other Salesforce clouds.
Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Analyze and optimize existing Revenue Cloud implementations for improved performance and scalability. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Revenue Cloud issues.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Present technical solutions and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders. Manage relationships with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly in data security and privacy. Implement Salesforce security measures to protect sensitive business data.
Qualifications:
Experience:
10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing).
Proven experience in leading Salesforce Revenue Cloud solution design and delivery.
Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and integration with third-party systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and data model.
Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and system integrations.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant or similar certifications (CPQ, Billing).
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Technical Architect certifications preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
