Job Title: ServiceNow Configuration Specialist - Local applicants from Arizona (AZ) only
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6 Months contract

Job Summary:We are seeking a meticulous and collaborative ServiceNow Configuration Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for configuring the ServiceNow platform using standardized templates developed by our Process Improvement Team-ensuring alignment with organizational needs without relying on extensive customization or programming. Approximately 30% of your role will focus on enhancing and maintaining SharePoint functionalities to improve overall user experience and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the ServiceNow platform in accordance with predefined templates and organizational guidelines.
- Customize configurations within the scope of the templates to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with the Process Improvement Team to accurately interpret and implement configuration requirements.
- Enhance SharePoint functionalities and user experience through thoughtful design and optimization.
- Support the transition of documentation and workflows from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and SharePoint systems.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of configurations, updates, and workflows.
- Monitor platform performance and proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in configuring ServiceNow using standard templates and practices.
- Solid understanding of both ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and capabilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.
