Description
We are looking for a dedicated Hardware Analyst to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization by leveraging your technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware systems and technical support, along with experience in specialized tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and support the migration to Windows 11, ensuring smooth hardware and software transitions.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing hardware systems to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with organizational goals.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues.
Maintain and document hardware inventory, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
Utilize tools such as Chef and Cl Programming to optimize system performance.
Apply knowledge in AML and Credit Risk Management to enhance data security and compliance.
Train and guide team members on hardware functionalities and best practices.
Develop and implement procedures for maintaining hardware systems effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in hardware analysis and technical support.
Familiarity with Windows 11 migration and related processes.
Proficiency in tools such as Chef and Cl Programming.
Knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Credit Risk Management principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage hardware inventory and ensure compliance.
Experience in creating and implementing system maintenance procedures.
