Job Description
- The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals.
- This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define architecture, and ensure the platforms scalability, performance, and security.
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
- Lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring best practices and governance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, documentation, and roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security.
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems using APIs and Integration Hub.
- Participate in upgrade planning and implementation of new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
- Strong knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
