Information Technology Manager
We are seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background and a talent for strategic planning. This role involves ensuring the reliability and security of our systems, managing a small team, and collaborating with various departments to support their technology needs.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic and Operational Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all IT operations, ensuring they align with our business goals and corporate standards.
- This includes developing and enforcing departmental procedures for system administration, help desk support, and network management.
- System and Application Management: Provide hands-on support for our ERP and other business applications, databases (MS SQL), and network connectivity.
- This includes troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with external vendors, and overseeing system updates, migrations, and outages.
- User Support and Training: Act as a key resource for employees, providing technical assistance and training for hardware, software, and new user onboarding.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of all IT assets and track support requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Compliance and Security: Enforce IT security policies and procedures in collaboration with our corporate security team. Ensure that all systems and processes meet regulatory and contractual requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST 800-53) and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with department managers to understand their technology needs, provide expert advice on IT solutions, and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Represent our organization in corporate IT meetings to ensure local needs are addressed.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT support and operations, with a proven track record of managing technology infrastructure.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of network, workstation, and business applications. Experience with ERP systems and MS SQL databases is essential.
Leadership and Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and lead a small team.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
On-Call Availability: This position requires you to be available for emergencies as needed.

Full Compliance: Work with Corporate IT to achieve full IT compliance with corporate standards.
Strategic Planning: Identify and plan for the technology needs required to support our 2026 business plan.
SOX Compliance: Collaborate with Finance and HR departments to ensure compliance with SOX regulations related to financial systems and payroll applications.
Policy Management: Assist the Supply Chain Manager with version control for company policies.
