Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain direct customer account data
  • Review customer account creation/change requests for accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct due diligence and research to validate licensing and customer classification
  • Assign appropriate trade classifications based on business activity
  • Ensure alignment with federal and state regulations and internal policies
  • Enter and update customer information using SAP and internal tools
  • Collaborate with customer service and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for sponsorship
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with SAP (Customer Master Data module strongly preferred)
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate websites and conduct internet-based research
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments
