Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain direct customer account data
- Review customer account creation/change requests for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct due diligence and research to validate licensing and customer classification
- Assign appropriate trade classifications based on business activity
- Ensure alignment with federal and state regulations and internal policies
- Enter and update customer information using SAP and internal tools
- Collaborate with customer service and internal stakeholders
- Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without the need for sponsorship
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with SAP (Customer Master Data module strongly preferred)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to navigate websites and conduct internet-based research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments
