Job Title: Engineering Manager Integration Platforms (Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato)

Location: Sunnyvale,CA (Onsite) Experience Level: 8+ years (with recent hands-on coding experience)

Job Overview:

We are currently exploring opportunities to bring on board a high-caliber Engineering Manager with a strong hands-on coding background and deep expertise in integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can lead by example writing code, architecting scalable solutions, and guiding cross-functional teams.

We re seeking profiles from top-tier companies or high-growth environments who have built and led successful engineering teams and are highly familiar with integration and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on integrations and automation.

  • Remain hands-on with code contributing to architecture, development, and code reviews.

  • Design and implement robust integration solutions using platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps.

  • Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable systems are delivered on time.

  • Foster a strong engineering culture of ownership, agility, and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of software development experience, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

  • 2 4+ years in an engineering leadership or management role, preferably leading agile teams.

  • Proven hands-on coding ability in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, etc.).

  • Expertise with integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Workato experience with APIs, ETL pipelines, and automation tools.

  • Strong understanding of system integrations, enterprise architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure).

  • Experience working in high-growth or enterprise-scale environments is a plus.

Preferred Background:

  • Candidates from top tech companies, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software environments.

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and API management.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and collaborative environment.
