Description

We are on the lookout for a Telecommunications Programmer Specialist to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with the installation and programming of AV and Control systems in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will be utilized in areas such as Audio and Video Distribution and Control Systems, Networking and Structured Cabling, Surveillance Cameras, Lighting and Shade Control, Access Control systems and Digital Signage. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Install and program AV and Control systems in various settings
Handle the commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer education of Audio, Video, Networking and Control Systems
Complete daily tasks and paperwork assigned in a timely manner
Work both independently and with other installers to ensure project success
Inspect and maintain assigned vehicle and manage vehicle inventory
Utilize skills such as Avaya CMS, Cisco Webex Meetings, CRM, Crystal Reports, Management System, About Time, Auditing, Communication, Compliance, and Component Selection
Continue to grow and expand knowledge in areas of focus

Requirements

Proficiency in Avaya CMS is mandatory for this role.
Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings is necessary.
Applicants should have a solid understanding of CRM.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports is a must.
Familiarity with Management System is required.
Experience with About Time software will be beneficial.
Auditing skills are essential for this position.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Strong compliance expertise is necessary.
Ability to perform component selection is crucial.
