Cyber Security Team Lead

This local credit union is hiring a Security Team Lead to be very hands on while taking on some leadership responsibilities. This person will essentially function as a Team Lead for their defensive security and will be responsible for endpoint detection and response, network security, cloud security, incident response, and more. If you are looking for a blue team-focused role that will allow you to expand your skills and get your hands on more technologies, this role could be for you!

Ideal candidates will have a few years of professional cyber security experience with focus on blue team activities which include EDR, incident response, vulnerability management, network security, and more. Experience with Azure would be helpful but is not required. This is a full-time role that is flexible hybrid in Chadds Ford PA, so only local candidates will be considered. Required Skills & Experience

• At least 4 years of professional experience in cyber security
  • Network security (Cisco ASA preferred)
  • Vulnerability management
  • EDR (Crowdstrike strongly preferred)
• Microsoft Azure experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
