Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Business Analyst (AI Governance) for one of its clients!!
Candidates should be willing to work on our W2 ONLY.
Job Title: Business Analyst (AI Governance)
Location: Charlotte, NC
Setting: Hybrid- 3 days a week
Setting: Hybrid- 3 days a week
Duration: 12 months
Position Summary
The AI Governance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant adoption of AI technologies across the enterprise. This role supports both in-house and third-party AI solution vetting, contributes to process improvements in AI software acquisition workflows, and actively participates in cross-functional AI governance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in working sessions to vet AI use cases, ensuring alignment with the company s AI Usage Policy.
- Conduct risk assessments using tools such as the AI Risk Matrix to evaluate and document AI capabilities and potential risks.
- Support the refinement of intake and vetting workflows for AI-enabled software, including coordination with cybersecurity, sourcing, solution architecture, and legal teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed of AI-related risks and compliance requirements through clear, actionable communication.
- Revise prioritization roadmaps and process flow to enable a seamless process for evaluating AI solutions.
- Assist in the establishment of Agentic AI Governance.

- Experience in AI governance, risk management, compliance, or enterprise architecture.
